Ready to Wear collections are shipped from Canada next business day, and are delivered in 2-3 business days within Canada and 3-7 business days in the US (not including potential customs delays). International shipment times may vary.

All loose diamonds and gemstones, non-custom gold jewellery, and non-custom gold/platinum wedding bands are fulfilled and delivered within approximately 2-3 weeks.

All made to order diamond jewellery, engagement rings, diamond bands, and custom jewellery items are handcrafted. Due to the handmade nature of this manufacturing process, orders can take up to 6-8 weeks to deliver.

All shipments are fully insured and traceable with FedEx. Shipping services can be selected at checkout. Shipments outside of Canada and the U.S. are subject to a $300 shipping charge.

International orders (placed from outside Canada) may be subject to tariffs/duties/taxes, which will be charged by your local customs office, billed to you by our shipment carrier, FedEx. 

We only sell or purchase diamonds that are fully compliant with the Kimberley Process Certification Scheme and the World Diamond Council System of Warranties. For more information on our sustainability and ethical sourcing policies, please contact us. 

Loose diamonds and gemstones are eligible for a full return or exchange up to 7 days after delivery.

The Ready to Wear collection is eligible for full return or exchange up to 14 days after delivery.

Return shipping is included on all returns and exchanges.

Damaged items are not eligible for return or exchange.
