Loose diamonds and gemstones are eligible for a full return or exchange up to 14 days after delivery, unless otherwise communicated to you before purchase.

The Ready to Wear collection is eligible for full return or exchange up to 14 days after delivery.

Please contact michael@thegemnerd.com to initiate a return or exchange. 

Return shipping is included on all returns and exchanges.

Damaged items are not eligible for return or exchange.

All made-to-order jewellery, including engagement rings, classic wedding bands, diamond jewellery, diamond bands, gold jewellery, and custom jewellery, are final sale. In the event of a quality or warranty issue, please contact michael@thegemnerd.com for further assistance. 

EU Customers — Made-to-Order Items: Notwithstanding the above, customers in the European Union have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of delivery under the EU Consumer Rights Directive. However, this right does not apply to goods that are made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized. By placing an order for a made-to-order or custom piece, EU customers expressly acknowledge and agree that the right of withdrawal is excluded for their order, as the item is being produced specifically for them.
